How does the free website offer work?
Your website design and build are included when you take a paid hosting and care plan, with no separate build fee. Ongoing hosting and care are paid services. Before you decide, I confirm the price, scope, update allowance, and any minimum term in writing.
What do I need to get started?
Your biography, practice areas, contact details, and any photos or branding you want to use. I help organise and refine the copy. We agree a launch date based on your requirements, materials, and feedback.
Can I use my own domain, and what about ownership?
Your domain stays registered to you. Before work begins, we agree ownership of the finished website and how the files and hosting would be handled if you choose to move. Domain registration and business email subscriptions are separate from website care.
What if I need more than a one-page website?
We can discuss additional practice pages, booking setup, or other features. Google Business Profile setup and verification support for eligible practices, and agreed directory profiles, can also be quoted separately. We agree any additional work and fees before proceeding.
